Class Description:
As we age, our joints and limbs begin to lose strength and flexibility. This class was designed to help slow or reverse that process (the best we can). The class consists of light exercise with weights, bands, chairs, and lots of fun! The older you get, the more you realize that laughter is great exercise. The strength and flexibility course is also useful as a form of physical therapy, and can be enjoyed by those with all levels of mobility and fitness.
This class was designed with seniors in mind, but all are welcome! Attire is comfortable clothing. But... YOU MUST SIGN UP THROUGH THE COLLEGE!!
